1. Truck Types & Capabilities

  • What types of vehicles are available?

    • Answer: The fleet consists of 15-meter trucks with Refrigerated Chambers (for controlled temperature) and Curtainsiders (Tautliners) for general cargo, as well as vehicles for Special Transports.

  • What is the pallet capacity?

    • Answer: The vehicles can carry up to 33 Euro pallets. Due to their length, they are ideal for full truck loads (FTL) throughout Europe.

  • Is side loading possible?

    • Answer: Yes, the curtain-sided trucks allow easy and fast side loading, ideal for industrial goods or long-length cargo.

  • 2. Loading & Equipment 

  • Do the trucks have a tail lift?

    • Answer: No, our vehicles are for international transport and are not equipped with tail lifts. Loading and unloading must be carried out exclusively at a loading ramp or using a forklift truck on the part of both the sender and the recipient.

  • Who is responsible for loading?

    • Answer: Responsibility for loading and for the safe stacking of goods inside the vehicle lies with the sender, under the supervision of the driver to ensure correct weight distribution.

  • 3.Refrigerated Transport & Special Cargoes

    • What temperatures can your refrigerators maintain?
      • Answer: Our refrigerated chambers cover the full range, from deep freezing to chilled storage, with continuous temperature recording (thermograph) throughout the journey within the EU.
    • What is meant by the term "Special Transports"?
      • Answer: Transport of loads that require special permits or have particular characteristics in terms of dimensions and weight is undertaken, in full compliance with all European Union safety regulations.

    4. International Routes & Safety 

  • In which European countries do you operate?

    • Answer: Regular routes are carried out across the entire road network of the EU, with specialization in countries such as Germany, Italy, France and the Netherlands.

  • Are the goods insured?

    • Answer: Of course. All transports are governed by the International CMR Convention, providing full coverage for the value of the goods in accordance with the stipulated limits.
